Keynote: Jenni Janakka – Passion is Born from Boldness

What if you stopped waiting for permission? In this talk, led by Jenni Janakka, we explore how boldness can open doors to meaningful action and personal passion. We’re often hindered by psychological phenomena such as stereotype threat, imposter syndrome, and the shame that whispers in our minds. These all prevent us from speaking out and taking action. Jenni paints an insightful and entertaining picture of who we are – clumsy and endearing. Understanding this gives us permission to act, learn, grow – and fall in love with doing.

Keynote: Cristoffer Ericsson (in English)

From the Challenger shuttle accident to routine surgical operations gone wrong, history has shown us that teams where dissent is silenced often lead to disaster, accumulated bad decisions and burnout among team members. But this is not the same as creating a safe bubble free of any discomfort. Quite the contrary. Teams need to build both a culture of psychological safety and a sense of accountability between team members in order to really thrive and manage those nasty issues.

In this keynote we will highlight that psychological safety is a dynamic state where every team member can attribute to it, but those who have the power and status to act on change, have a responsibility to do so if they really want to increase team resilience.
